At Patiyala Shop, we strive to ensure you love your ethnic wear; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 15 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and retain their original designer tags and packaging.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange and provide a reason.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Place the item securely in its original packaging along with the invoice to ensure it passes our quality inspection process.

• 3.
  Free Doorstep Pickup

  Our courier partner will arrive at your address within 48 hours of your request to collect the package at no additional cost.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
